Q: How do I apply and when will I hear back from you?
A: You will need to apply using our online application form, please refer to the Application and Recruitment Process section for further information.

We will write to all applicants shortly after the closing date. If you are selected for a first interview, we will call you to arrange a suitable date and time.
Q: Can I apply if I am a non-resident?
A: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who are not Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents. This is in line with Australian immigration regulations
Q: What is the closing date for applications?
A: The closing date varies between states – please refer to the Application and Recruitment Process.
Q: Can I apply for a graduate role in Brisbane or Adelaide?
A: Please send us an expression of interest if you wish to apply for a position in these states.
Q: What will be the starting salary for a KordaMentha graduate?
A: The starting salary for a graduate is competitive within the marketplace. If you are successful in obtaining an offer of employment you will be given full details of the remuneration package.
Q: When does the KordaMentha Graduate Program commence?
A: In general, graduates commence at KordaMentha at the beginning of February of the year following recruitment.
Q: How much support will I get during my professional studies for the CA Program?
A: KordaMentha will provide CA support by offering study support materials and workshops/lectures, study leave and assistance in relation to fees. We are committed to providing an environment in which staff can continually develop their skills in order to add value to the business.
Q: How is career progression monitored?
A: KordaMentha is committed to the development of its staff and as such evaluation reviews are carried out every six months, with the main performance evaluation in December. At the same time, you will also receive ongoing informal feedback to let you know how you are performing.

KordaMentha has competency model and has set competencies for each level in the organisation and the evaluation will encompass these competencies. In addition staff are also reviewed after the completion of short engagements, the information from these being fed through the annual evaluation process.

We are a team based environment where importance is placed on the sharing of knowledge and developing client relationships at all levels.
Q: What kind of work will I be exposed to?
A: We have a range of clients and therefore you will be exposed to any number of different industries. Our graduates work on a variety of engagements, which can include voluntary administrations, receiverships, liquidations and investigative accountants reports.
