Mark commenced his career with Arthur Andersen before joining KordaMentha and has over 10 years of professional experience.
In addition to having gained significant experience in corporate insolvency and reconstruction, Mark also specialises in financial modelling, enterprise valuation, transaction advisory and financial due diligence.
Mark’s experience spans many industries including financial services, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, retailing, healthcare, aviation and mining.
Mark’s many assignments have included strategic advisory, diagnostic reviews, financial analysis and valuation, pre-lending reviews, wholesale capital raisings, merger and acquisition advisory and management of both formal and informal corporate insolvencies and reconstructions.
