Mark specializes in Corporate Restructuring (debt and equity) and Advisory. He has had an extensive career in the finance industry, predominantly around the delivery of a range of debt and equity capital markets services and products and has also developed an extensive range of corporate and private relationships with which he has executed various transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark was the Managing Director of ANZ Private Bank. He spent five years with ANZ in various roles before being appointed to this role in Private Bank, including Managing Director of Europe and the Americas based in London. He was responsible for ANZ’s businesses delivering various corporate finance products and solutions to large corporate, multinational, institutional and government clients in the region.
Before joining ANZ, Mark spent seven years as Vice President, Leverage Finance with TD Securities (a division of Toronto-Dominion) where he was responsible for its leverage finance business and in addition, augmented this product offering via the delivery of private equity and advisory services.
Mark joined TD Securities from Credit Lyonnais where he spent six years in senior roles, including Structured Finance and also supporting its key relationships. He commenced his finance career with CL Securities (formerly May, Mellor, Laing & Cruickshank) in 1986 as an equities analyst before being promoted to the role of Manager Research.
