Chris is a qualified Solicitor and Chartered Accountant who has a broad range of corporate advisory and operational experience.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Chris was the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of a Melbourne based ASX listed company with approximately $1.9 billion in funds under management. The company’s principal activities included the design and distribution of cash and equity backed investment products, unlisted commercial property syndicates, commercial and residential loans, insurance products and financial planning.
Having previously worked in corporate recovery at Arthur Andersen and as an investment banker at a leading international bank, Chris has a long history in developing and implementing corporate strategies, business plans, revenue improvement and cost reduction programs. He has also worked with companies to assess, structure and document numerous investment, acquisition and joint venture opportunities from both a national and international perspective. He has significant experience in the health and aged care sectors having provided a range of advice to operators and financiers.
Having experience as both advisor and front line manager, Chris brings considerable operational empathy to each engagement and understands the importance of designing practical solutions that are capable of being assessed against clearly defined and measurable outcomes.
