| | Experience: | Berrick is the national head of Real Estate Advisory and has experience leading a range of complex real estate development, investment and financing engagements.
Since starting his career in 1990, Berrick has provided valuation, consultancy, development and transaction advice applicable to a broad range of real estate interests in Australia and South East Asia.
As a property professional with strong financial and insolvency experience, Berrick has specialist skills to assist in formal insolvency and informal reviews, turnaround and workout engagements for financiers and companies in financial distress, including development companies with assets tied up in property and corporations who develop, own or lease property.
Berrick has recently been responsible for the option analysis, development management and transaction management for a range of major companies including Westpoint, Fincorp, Record Realty, Raptis, MFS, Starbucks and Ansett Airlines.
In addition to his in-depth understanding of insolvency as it relates to the property industry, Berrick has a strong background in property investment and regularly provides independent property investment advice to investment companies, high net worth individuals and financiers.
